The Customer Service Department at the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA) has organised its annual Strategic Partners Forum.
The event featured an extensive list of real estate developers, companies, and property owners, alongside a group of SEWA’s customers. The main aim of the Forum is to showcase the latest digital services provided by the Authority, while also collecting customer feedback and suggestions that will help draw up development plans to improve services in line with SEWA’s strategy and objectives. The initiative also aims to enhance communication and effective coordination between SEWA and its strategic partners.
Dr. Hussein Al Askar, Director of SEWA’s Customer Service Department, highlighted SEWA’s commitment to host the Strategic Partners Forum as a platform to achieve a shared vision that help overcome challenges and continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of service delivery.
He noted that the Authority seeks to meet the aspirations of real estate developers, companies, property owners, and customers, contributing to the ongoing progress and prosperity the emirate of Sharjah is currently witnessing.
