In its continuous pursuit of providing high quality, comprehensive services to all segments of society, Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority has earned four ISO certifications. These include ISO certifications in customer satisfaction measurement, complaint management, customer charter, and service excellence.

This achievement adds to the Authority’s impressive track record of excellence. It follows the implementation of necessary standards by seven customer service departments, reflecting the Authority’s ongoing efforts to develop and execute a specific strategy for service excellence, aligned with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammad Al Qasimi to adopt best practices.
